Joshua 1:5 “No one will be able to stand against you as long as you live. For I will be with you as I was with Moses. I will not fail you or abandon you.”
Moses was my servant. Did he perform what I asked perfectly? No. He tried to talk me out of using him at first, due to fear. I know your fears, child. I know your limitations. Yet, I desire to use you. Will you step up? Moses did. And I treasured him and dealt with him kindly up to the end, even when I had to chastise him for major sin. Yet, I loved him and I called him my servant.
This is my promise – my covenant promise to you. Be strong. Be courageous. Yes, things are spiritually dark and will become darker yet. But, you have my light. You have my Spirit in you. This is your protection against ultimate harm. And I can and will use you, your light and your willingness to share my words. (2021)
