1 Samuel 8:19 “But the people refused to listen to Samuel’s warning.”

You are seeing this today. I have had my chosen sending out warnings for some time. I have had you putting truth out to open eyes and hearts. But they will not listen. Not yet. Some are turning around, but many will not until the evil is revealed, until they are brought up short by the reality of their world, until they are in enough pain to turn to me again. Sad that my children need to allow this level of disruption and harm in order to accept the truth. But, that is who they are. Do not be discouraged. Do not give up. They are not rejecting you, they are rejecting me. It has always been so. It was so with Moses. It was so with my prophets. It has been so for the entirety of the history of mankind. Free will was my gift to my children. Most of them can not handle it. Not yet. (2021)

John 12:39-40 “But the people couldn’t believe, for as Isaiah also said, ‘The Lord has blinded their eyes and hardened their hearts – so that their eyes cannot see, and their hearts cannot understand, and they cannot turn to me and have me heal them.’”

And so it is and will be. There are those who have known me and chosen to reject me. There are those who have ignored my attempts to reach them, who have acknowledged that they choose evil over me. There are those whose hearts have become so degenerate and beyond healing that they will never see the light, never understand, never be saved and healed. This seems harsh and ugly and sad to you – and I do not deny that it is. But, do not spend your time and energy on those people. Try to reach them and when they are not willing, shake the dust off your feet and move on to those who are reachable. Time is running out and the harvest is plentiful. Many of the lost can and will be reached. Leave the others to me. (2021)

2 Samuel 12:13-14 Then David confessed to Nathan, “I have sinned against the Lord.” Nathan replied, “Yes, but the Lord has forgiven you, and you won’t die for this sin. Nevertheless, because you have shown utter contempt for the Lord by doing this, your child will die.”

David was my chosen one. He enjoyed my favor. Yet, he sinned. Grievously. He took a good man’s wife, then had that man murdered when he could not manipulate him into betraying his own integrity. Murder. Stealing another’s wife. Grievous sins. Yet, I forgave him. Do not forget that I know who you, my children, are. I know what you are capable of and am always aware of what will trip you up and cause you to sin. Yet, I love you and forgive. But, that does not mean that there are not consequences that arise from your bad choices. There are losses and pain and humiliation and devastation as the result of bad choices and sin. Even in that, though, I love you and will walk you through it all. It does not change my love for you, my willingness to help you and your eternal life with me. It does, however, affect your life on earth. There will be many who suffer in the future because of the choices they are making today. Choices to not trust me but to put their trust in man. I will help them, but complete healing may not happen. You will be surrounded by devastation. Be ready. Lean on me. Keep your eyes on me, even while you are ministering to those who are broken by choosing the evil over me. (2021).

John 9:41 “If you were blind, you wouldn’t be guilty,” Jesus replied. “But you remain guilty because you claim you can see.”

So it is with those who claim to know me, yet do not follow my teachings. So it is for those who claim to be my followers, but choose to follow the folly of the world, those who align themselves with false preachers and prophets and false teachings that make them happy but do not represent me. And so it is especially for those who have been appointed to lead my flocks. They are leading them astray, apart from me and the Father, and they are leading them straight into the hands of the enemy and into the pits of hell. (2021)

John 12:35. “Jesus replied, ‘My light will shine for you just a little longer. Walk in the light while you can, so the darkness will not overtake you. Those who walk in the darkness cannot see where they are going. Put your trust in the light while there is still time; then you will become children of the light.’”

You often cannot understand how so many are blind to the truth that surrounds them. You are not able to fathom how they will believe all the lies and none of my truth. But, they are in complete darkness. Remember the time you were in a cave, deep underground, and they turned off the lights? Remember how astounded you were that you could put your hand directly in front of your face, but the darkness was so complete you could not see it? That is this darkness. The enemy has so entrapped people that they are in utter darkness, but they do not know it. They have been lulled over many years to believe that the darkness in which they live is actually the light, it is the right way to live, it is the loving way, it is the only way. You, however, live in the light of truth. It can be harsh and ugly, but it is the truth and it is the reality of your world. The darkness is plush and has rounded edges and does not stab ones eyes. The light stabs ones eyes – and consciousness – and therefore the heart and soul. But it also purges. It purges darkness and wrong thinking and wrong living and wrong beliefs. You choose the painful path of living in reality. Others choose the enveloping darkness – the lies and falsities and vagaries and self-indulgence of not seeing objective reality and truth. Stay the course. Many will have their eyes opened. Not all, but many. And they will need those of you grounded in me – in my truth, in objective reality – to help them navigate their new world – the real world. (2021)

1 Samuel 8:6-9 But the thing displeased Samuel when they said, “Give us a king to judge us.” And Samuel prayed to the Lord. And the Lord said to Samuel, “Obey the voice of the people in all that they say to you, for they have not rejected you, but they have rejected me from being king over them. According to all the deeds that they have done, from the day I brought them up out of Egypt even to this day, forsaking me and serving other gods, so they are also doing to you. Now then, obey their voice; only you shall solemnly warn them and show them the ways of the king who shall reign over them.”

My deliverance of my people from the bondage of Egypt should have been enough to guarantee their loyalty to me. Should have guaranteed that they knew my strength, my power, my justice, my love, my protection, my faithfulness to them. But, even before reaching the land I promised them, they turned from me and served other gods. Man is faithless at heart. He is solely content to pursue what pleases him. The Israelites abandoned me and asked Samuel for a king. I knew what they were asking for, and what it would ultimately deliver to them. Samuel tried to warn them, yet they persisted. So I gave them what they wanted, and it was disastrous for them. Again, nothing changes. As more and more of my children abandoned me and sought evil, I gave them over to what they desired. You see, child, the pattern? This is the story of mankind. It is, today, at a level that has not been seen before. The evil that has pervaded every aspect of your world – at the request of man – is hard for you to believe. It is hard for you to understand – so great is the magnitude, so deep is the entrenchment. But, it is your world today. I have not allowed you to see but a small part of that evil. And already it overwhelms your heart. Be strong. Be courageous. I am with you. More will be revealed, and you will be ok. I will uphold you as it unfolds. But, it must be revealed – it must be brought out – the darkness banished. Have I not promised you:  “The time is coming when everything that is covered up will be revealed, and all that is secret will be made known to all.” (Luke 12:2) That time is coming. It will be difficult – painful, heartbreaking, ugly, unfathomable – but it will be brought into the light so that it might be eradicated. You are strong, I have been preparing you for quite some time. I will help you to fight these battles, because you are needed in them. (2021)

Acts 13:44-49 The next Sabbath almost the whole city gathered to hear the word of the Lord. But when the Jews saw the crowds, they were filled with jealousy and began to contradict what was spoken by Paul, reviling him. And Paul and Barnabas spoke out boldly, saying, “It was necessary that the word of God be spoken first to you. Since you thrust it aside and judge yourselves unworthy of eternal life, behold, we are turning to the Gentiles. For so the Lord has commanded us, saying, “‘I have made you a light for the Gentiles, that you may bring salvation to the ends of the earth.’” And when the Gentiles heard this, they began rejoicing and glorifying the word of the Lord, and as many as were appointed to eternal life believed. And the word of the Lord was spreading throughout the whole region.

My own people rejected me. So I gave my word to the gentiles. They knew they were not my favorites. Many knew that they were entirely undeserving and they were more grateful for their salvation than the Jews. So it is and should be with you. You were deeply lost in your sin. You were walking a very dark path. You once remembered the magnitude of my grace toward you. Return to that knowledge. Rejoice in what you have been given. Stop focusing on what you do not have, because really you already have all that matters – you have the promise of eternity with Me and your Father.  Notice that the Jews in power in that day did everything to destroy Paul and Barnabas – and anyone who preached my word. So it is today. Do not be surprised, nor dismayed. Just as I protected and drew close to them, so I will to you and all my children today. It will get worse. Christians will continue to be hated, spurned, even persecuted. But, it has always been so, really. You just don’t have the experience, as you were fortunate that I planted you in what was, up until recently, a Christian nation. But watch, it is worsening. You will be hated, if you continue to follow me. The choice is yours. (2005)

Judges 17:4-5 So when he returned the money to his mother, she took 200 silver coins and gave them to a silversmith, who made them into an image and an idol. And these were placed in Micah’s house. Micah set up a shrine for the idol, and he made a sacred ephod and some household idols. Then he installed one of his sons as his personal priest.

Micah stole from his mother. The he returned the money and with it she had an idol cast. That idol was taken into Micah’s home, where he established an altar, created a sacred ephod and made one of his sons a “priest”. Do you not see how my children sin against me? Do you not see how, since days of old, you have been attempting to maneuver yourselves out from under my rule, yet creating a duplicate system to that which I established for you? You worship because you were created to worship, but you were created to worship me, not some idols you have created. In Micah’s days they created symbolic idols our of precious metals. They set them up on altars and literally worshipped them. Today, you are much more sophisticated. You do not create rudimentary altars, you worship what gives you pleasure. And you worship those things by your decisions, your choices, your daily life and focus. You are seeing the results of an entire history of your enemy leading you, my children, into worshipping everything but me. And so many of you are blind to the fact that anything you worship other than me is a representation of your enemy. In those decisions, in your focus, in all of it what you really worship is him. (2022)

Psalm 106:35-40 Instead, they mingled among the pagans and adopted their evil customs. They worshiped their idols, which led to their downfall. They even sacrificed their sons and daughters. They shed innocent blood, the blood of their sons and daughters. By sacrificing them to the idols of Canaan, they polluted the land with murder. They defiled themselves by their evil deeds, and their love of idols was adultery in the Lord’s sight. That is why the Lord’s anger burned against his people, and he abhorred his own special possession.

That is your Nation. That is where you find yourselves. That is where you have led yourselves. You worship other idols. You follow the examples of the wicked. And – most egregiously – you sacrifice your children to the enemy. That is what abortion is. That is what has been done with millions of my innocent children. You murder them in the womb for the sake of convenience. You murder them in the womb without allowing them the chance to draw breath, to live the life I would give them. You not only murder the unborn, now you wish to legalize murdering them after birth. What wickedness is this? How has your people fallen to this depth of depravity? This is why you seek me and do not find me. The only way to come back to me as a nation is to repent – truly repent. You must see – down to the depths of your spirit – what you are doing, what you have been doing, and acknowledge its evil. Then, change your paths. Ask forgiveness and change. Anything else is superficial and I will not hear you.

Proverbs 13:34 Godliness makes a nation great, but sin is a disgrace to any people. 

1 Samuel 8:19-20 But the people refused to listen to Samuel’s warning. “Even so, we still want a king,” they said. “We want to be like the nations around us. Our king will judge us and lead us into battle.”

And so my children….you always want to be like everyone else. Yet, you are not like everyone else. You are my chosen children. You have chosen to believe in me, you have chosen to follow me, and so you have chosen to be different from the rest of the world. Why do you look to the world for advice, for examples, for guidance?  Why do you want to fit in? Why do you want the world’s admiration, the world’s attention? You have the best advice available- my Spirit living inside of you. You have the best example of all time – my Son. You have the best guidance – my Word. You do fit in – where it matters – you are my children, my family.  You do have the admiration that counts – the admiration of those who also love and follow me. You do have the only attention that matters – mine. Why do you seek anything else?  Do you not see that nothing else satisfies? Do you not see that, while any or all of what you seek from the world may satisfy for a moment, that it is only for a moment? Do you not yet understand what is important – what is lasting – what is eternal? (2022)
