Tossed To and Fro

Mark 4:38-40. But soon a fierce storm came up. High waves were breaking into the boat, and it began to fill with water. Jesus was sleeping at the back of the boat with his head on a cushion. The disciples woke him up, shouting, “Teacher, don’t you care that we’re going to drown?” When Jesus woke up, he rebuked the wind and said to the water, “Silence! Be still!” Suddenly the wind stopped and there was a great calm. Then he asked them, “Why are you afraid? Do you still have no faith?”

The disciples had seen Me perform many miracles. They had heard Me preach parables to the people, which I then explained to them. They knew Me. They professed to believe I was the Son of God. Yet, when in the middle of a storm, in a boat in which I was also a passenger, they were afraid and believed they were going to die. Do you not see? They should have known. They should have trusted. They should have believed that if I could cure leprosy with mere words, if I could return sight to the blind by my touch, that I was Lord over all. A mere storm was nothing to Me. Yet, they doubted. They returned to their human fear, to the limitations of their human beliefs. You are in a storm. It is just beginning, it has not yet reached full force. Yet, you are already feeling rocked. You are already feeling as if you have no firm place to stand. Stand in Me. Stand with Me. Remember that I am beside you. I protect you. I guide you. Nothing will happen in your world or your life that I do not allow or direct. Will you remember all that you have experienced? Will you remember all that I have done in your life?  Will you trust Me that I love my children and continue to hear and minister to them?  Will you put your faith in Me? Your trust in Me? This is a true test. For all of My children. Which way will you go? Will you be as faithful as Noah when I asked him to build a boat in a world that had never seen rain?  Will you be as faithful as Abraham when I asked him to sacrifice his only son — a son that they had waited decades for?  Will you be as faithful as Moses when I asked him to confront Pharaoh and lead My people out of slavery in Egypt?  If you cannot, where will you turn? What hope have you outside of Me?  Where and when in your life has trust and faith in anything outside of Me worked out for you? Decide. Then decide to remain faithful to that decision. Faith and trust are choices. You choose to have faith. Then you choose whom or what to have faith in. You choose to trust. Then you choose whom or what to trust. And then you choose whether or not to remain faithful, to keep trusting. I have not moved. I have not changed. It is you, My children, that allow themselves to be tossed to and fro, as if in a boat in a storm. (2022)

Trust and Do Your Part

Psalm 37:12-15. The wicked plot against the godly; they snarl at them in defiance. But the Lord just laughs, for he sees their day of judgment coming. The wicked draw their swords and string their bows to kill the poor and the oppressed, to slaughter those who do right. But their swords will stab their own hearts, and their bows will be broken.

I know your heart is breaking over what is happening in your world. Such things have always been occurring, but mostly far away from you. Now it is at your borders. You are seeing firsthand the evil capable by those who wish to destroy my children. Your heart grieves for those being abused and harmed by the very people who are supposed to protect and serve them. You want the evil ones to be taken down, you wish them to be defeated. You despair over whether they will be able to completely overtake your world, whether I will hold them accountable. I will. They will ultimately fail in their attempts to be the gods of your world. I am still in control. I am still God over all. Just trust and do your part. Leave the timing to me. Yes, there will be pain and suffering. Such is always true when evil has control over my children. But, ultimately, as your enemy knows, he will be defeated. (2022)

Ultimate Accountability

Mark 4:24-25 Then he added, “Pay close attention to what you hear. The closer you listen, the more understanding you will be given — and you will receive even more. To those who listen to my teaching more understanding will be given. But for those who are not listening, even what little understanding they have will be taken away.”

This is how the false narratives are flourishing in your churches today. This is how my word is twisted and the twisted version accepted by so many. You do not understand how they can know my Word enough to twist it if they are not listening. They listen with their ears, then their hearts interpret the Word to mean what they want it to mean. They hear a version that flatters their ears. They hear what they want to hear and change the rest. So it is that false gospels appear and flourish. To really hear and understand my Word means to be willing to hear and understand — with everything in your being — what I am saying. That means understanding and accepting hard truths — truth about your sinful nature, about my Holiness and about the gap between the two. It means accepting it when I tell you that you must change. That you are not being obedient. That things that you love are not good for you. That is true hearing and understanding. Not those who only “hear and understand” what they like and what promotes those things that make them happy, give them power, give them fame. There is ultimate accountability for these decisions — eternal. (2022)

Ears to Hear

Mark 4:9 Then he said, “Anyone with ears to hear should listen and understand.”

Some have ears to hear. You did. And you came to a saving belief in me and have been faithful to that belief ever since. But, many do not. I will give you discernment as to who is who. You are to preach my Word. You are to be a light in this darkness and stand boldly for me. You are to be strong and courageous in the face of opposition — opposition which is really against me, not you. You are not to cower but stand boldly in the face of your enemy. For many have fallen captive to his lies. Give the good news of the Gospel. Do your best to present my Truth to everyone that they may be saved. But be aware of your audience. Many will choose not to hear Truth. Some will not be ready, some will never be ready. You are to sow the seeds and leave the harvest to me. But, if you know in your spirit that you are not making any inroads, that the person to whom you speak is not willing or able to hear, move on. There are so many who need to know me, and those who choose not to should not get any more of your time. Pray for them and move on to someone else. Does that mean that I will be giving up on them? No. But your time and efforts are limited and need to be used as effectively as possible in these dark days. (2022)

Age Old Tactic

Mark 3:22 But the teachers of religious law who had arrived from Jerusalem said, “He’s possessed by Satan, the prince of demons. That’s where he gets the power to cast out demons.”

Again you see in your world a tactic that is ages old. In order to discredit me, in order to mislead those who followed and believed in me, in order to smear my reputation the religious leaders lied. They accused me of exactly what was true of them — that I followed Satan. However, it is they that were following the enemy. By not obeying me, by creating oppressive rules and regulations to control my children, by coming against me — they were obeying the enemy. And so it is today. Your enemies have accused my children of everything they do. They have twisted Truth until Truth appears to be lies and lies appear to be Truth. They change the meanings of words and lie so consistently to my children that many are persuaded and believe them. Beware. This is an age-old tactic. Look to me, and I will give you discernment as to what is my Truth and what is the enemy’s lies. And then, be courageous and strong and stand up to the lies. Confront them. Tell the Truth – my Truth – that many may be led out of this darkness. (2022)

Decide

Mark 3:3 Jesus said to the man, “Come and stand in front of everyone.” Then he turned to his critics and asked, “Does the law permit good deeds on the Sabbath, or is it a day for doing evil? Is this a day to save life or to destroy it?” But they wouldn’t answer him. He looked around at them angrily and was deeply saddened by their hard hearts. Then he said to the man, “Hold out our hand.” So the man held out his hand, and it was restored! At once the Pharisees went away and met with the supporters of Herod to plot how to kill Jesus.

One of the main reasons the Pharisees were so intent upon murdering me is that I defied them. I did not follow their “laws” and customs-all of which were created by them, to benefit them, to control my people. So, in order to stop the masses from disobeying, it was necessary to kill me and make an example of me. So it is today. You are seeing this behavior in Canada, in Australia blatantly, and little by little in your own Nation. This is all about control. If you do not obey, you must be stopped — before you can influence others. For they know that if you all disobey — if you all look to me for guidance and deliverance — they will have no control over you.

It is time to decide. It is time to forge unbreakable allegiance. To whom do you answer? Whom do you obey? With whom will you stand? The God of the Universe, Creator of all — or the enemy and his minions? It was once possible to waffle, to be in between the two without instant consequences. No longer. This is where we are. You must decide. And then you must accept the consequences of that decision. Good or bad — decide. Weak or strong — decide. Righteous or unrighteous — decide. For, as has always been true but is glaringly true today — not deciding is making a decision. Those who do not choose to follow me, who do not choose to believe in me, who do not choose to obey me, who do not choose to trust in me are deciding to follow, to believe in, to obey and trust in the enemy. In this area there is no “not choosing”. A lack of choice is a decision to betray me and follow your enemy. And all the arguments in the world will not change that Truth. (2022)

What This Is All About

Mark 1:33-34. So Jesus healed many people who were sick with various diseases, and he cast out many demons. But because the demons knew who he was, he did not allow them to speak.

Never forget that even the demons answer to me. If I command something, they must obey. Do not fear them. Fear giving in to them. Fear handing over any portion of your life to them. Fear putting them in between us. Fear allowing them any purchase in your life. Fear wasting the gifts I have given you in service to them. Fear allowing them any, any, any influence in your life whatsoever. Focus on me. If in doubt, seek my guidance. I will give you discernment. I will show you what and whom to avoid. I will show you whom to shun. This is more and more important daily in your world now. You have seen the rise and absolute flagrant abuse being perpetrated against my children. They do not even try to hide most of it now. Do not avoid looking at it, but do not fixate on it. Be aware, but be focused on me. Be aware of everything, but only seek my face, my knowledge, my help in battling it. For this is a battle, the biggest of your life and possibly of your world. This is a battle of epic proportions. You cannot see many of the combatants – they are my angels battling for you in the spiritual world. Yet, you who know me can feel it. You feel the darkness. You feel the oppression. Focus on me and allow yourself to feel my energy. To feel the presence of my warriors. To feel my help at every moment you seek me. You are one of my warriors. Do not allow yourself to fall to fear, to fall to lies, to fall to manipulation. You are mine and your enemy hates that and will do everything possible to steal you from me, even bits and pieces of you. Be vigilant. Be aware. Never, never, never forget for an instant that your enemy is everywhere waiting to disrupt our relationship. That is what this is all about. What it has ever been about. Your faith. Your trust. Your eternal hope. Your love for me. Your relationship with me. Your enemy knows his time is drawing to a close. His quest is to steal as many souls as he can away from me. Do not allow yours to be compromised in any way. You are mine. Help others remain close to me. Help others to see the true nature of this battle, of this time in your history. Help others to stay strong and courageous. You have weathered many storms in which I have demonstrated my faithfulness, my strength, my love for you. That has not diminished, but has grown over the years of our relationship. You are my child and I will do anything to protect you. I have already done everything necessary for you through my Son. I still minister to you in every way through my Spirit. You are never alone and do not ever have to rely on your own strength. We both know it is not enough for you to prevail in normal times, and not even close for you to stand firm today. It is I who battles for you, yet I also battle through you. Will you remain faithful?  Yes, your every day life requires attention. But, this is more important. Devote the time necessary to keep things running. Keep looking to preparing for a rough time. But this, my child, this is what is important. Staying close to me, seeking my face, reading my word and listening to my voice. And for you, sharing my messages. Yes, many will not believe these words are from me. Many will think you are a charlatan, that you are doing this for attention. Stay firm. Stand strong. This is what I am having you do right now. Continue. No matter what.

This World is not Everything

Psalm 34:11-22

Come, you children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the Lord.
Who is the man who desires life and loves length of days that he may see good?
Keep your tongue from evil and your lips from speaking deceit.
Depart from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it.

The eyes of the Lord are toward the righteous and His ears are open to their cry.
The face of the Lord is against evildoers, to cut off the memory of them from the earth.
The righteous cry, and the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles.
The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.

Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all.
He keeps all his bones, not one of them is broken.
Evil shall slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned.
The Lord redeems the soul of His servants, and none of those who take refuge in Him will be condemned.

I know you often wonder if this is ever going to happen. Will I turn my face against those who do evil? Will their memory be erased from the earth? Will I rescue my people? Yes. When? you ask. When the time is right. Remember, you do not understand me completely. You do not understand my methods and my ways completely. And you certainly do not understand my timing. But, all are perfect — my methods and my ways and my timing. Trust me. Continue to abide in me. It will all work out. When the time is right.  Do not forget the story of your life. Do not forget the times I have protected you. The times I have comforted you. The fact that I have always taken care of your needs, all needs: physical, emotional, spiritual. You may have suffered, you may have been harmed. But, I have not allowed you to be completely destroyed. And, you will be fully restored when you come home. You will spend eternity with me in perfection. That is what complete rescue is. You have been redeemed. You will not be condemned. Such cannot be said for your enemy. Such cannot be said for those who do evil to my children. Rest in these facts, even when your life is difficult. And it will be difficult, more and more so in the near future. Cling to me. Cling to my truth and the fact that this world in which you live is not everything — not even close. (2022)

Obedience

Mathew 28:8-10 The women ran quickly from the tomb. They were very frightened but also filled with great joy, and they rushed to give the disciples the angel’s message. And as they went, Jesus met them and greeted them. And they ran to him, grasped his feet, and worshiped him. Then Jesus said to them, “Don’t be afraid! Go tell my brothers to leave for Galilee, and they will see me there.”

Obedience. Obedience, especially in the face of fearful circumstances or the unknown, is always rewarded. These women were courageous. They defied the possibility of consequences for even going to my grave. They were astounded by an angel whose very presence caused strong guards to fall faint in fear. They obeyed the angel’s command to spread the news of my resurrection, and immediately left to tell the disciples. On the way, they were rewarded by my presence, by my appearance to them. They were the first to see me in my resurrected state. (2022)

Time is Short

Matthew 28:18-20 Jesus came and told his disciples, “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

This is what is important today. More important than anything else happening. For, when more people know me, more people obey me. When more people obey me, there is more strength in your numbers in fighting your enemy. But, even more critical – time is running short for your fellow men to come to me, to accept me, to be saved. Time is short. (2022)
